About us
We believe desserts should do more than satisfy a craving — they should spark joy and create lasting memories.
Growing up, my grandmother would bake pastries for Persian New Year, and I fondly remember gathering with my aunts and cousins to help shape each sweet by hand. Every pastry had its own unique taste and design. Watching my grandmother in the kitchen is one of my most cherished memories. She would spend the entire morning making dough from scratch, rolling it carefully, and cutting each cookie piece by hand with remarkable precision. She paid attention to every detail.
I remember helping her fill each pastry with dates and walnuts while she folded them into beautiful shapes. She would always tell me, “Delaram, if you don’t make things with love, it will never be delicious.” As the cookies baked, the warm aroma of toasted cardamom and roasted nuts would fill the house. She would brew fresh tea, and once the pastries were ready, the whole family would gather in the kitchen — sharing stories, sipping tea, and enjoying the treats together.
Those moments shaped me. They taught me that pastries are more than ingredients; they are a way to bring people together. From a young age, I dreamed that one day I would open my own pastry shop and create handcrafted desserts that carry that same feeling of warmth and connection.
After earning my bachelor’s degree, the pandemic gave me unexpected time to return to baking at home. That period became a turning point in my life. I enrolled in pastry school and went on to earn my associate degree in pastry arts. After graduation, I began working professionally as a pastry cook and later advanced to pastry sous chef. Each role strengthened my technical skills, discipline, and leadership.
I have had the opportunity to work in well-known restaurants and hotels, training under renowned chefs who have worked in Michelin-starred establishments and earned Michelin stars. Those experiences refined my technique and elevated my standards.
Now, I am focused on creating pastries that beautifully showcase both my professional training and my Persian heritage — blending refined technique with the flavors of saffron, cardamom, rose, dates, and nuts that defined my childhood.
Because at the heart of everything I create is the same lesson my grandmother taught me: desserts made with love are the ones people remember.
